Most weeks will be a 4-day work week, consisting of shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday of 8a-6p. There may be occasions where we ask you for a few hours midday on Thursday but this would be rare and communicated in advance. Roughly every other weekend, we'll ask you to watch the kids on a Saturday night for date night. You'll be responsible for prepping lunch for the kids on work days. These are simple foods like Mac and cheese, peanut butter and jelly, fish sticks, and chicken nuggets. You may on occasion need to make them breakfast - again simple foods like yogurt, scrambled eggs, oatmeal. There is no expectation to meal prep other meals, but if you like to cook, you are welcome to You will be responsible for school pick-up on your work days. Light housework: We'll ask that you keep the kids laundry up to date (washed, folded, put away), rooms picked up, main living spaces picked up from kids activities as they finish them, and dishes / any mess from meal time cleaned up. You can (and should!) enlist the kids' help in these tasks ;) Please speak your native language to our kids! We are big on foreign language exposure and acquisition. Teach us too!
