Be responsible for the overall management of the company's domestic and foreign warehouses, including cargo receipt, dispatch, storage and inventory checking. Optimize warehouse layout and operation processes to improve work efficiency. Cooperate with the company's business needs to ensure timely and efficient inbound and outbound supply. Monitor warehouse safety to ensure the environment meets standards. Manage warehouse employees (Chinese and Russian), and conduct team building and employee training.
