Job Description

Job Title:  CNC Programmer 
Location:  Arlington, TX
Hours: 6am-2:30pm

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly reliable CNC Programmer who can manage multiple priorities and consistently see projects through to completion. This role plays a key part in both production and the quoting process.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and set up CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam
• Work with Fanuc controls  for setup and troubleshooting
• Read and interpret engineering prints and specifications
• Determine machining processes and material requirements
• Support quoting by accurately estimating material and process needs
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Mastercam
• Experience programming and setting up CNC mills and lathes with Fanuc controls
• Solid understanding of machining processes and print reading
• S​​​ upport quoting process, must be able to read and interpret prints, understand required machining processes, and accurately calculate material needs for each job.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
