About Us: CPR Cell Phone Repair is your one-stop tech repair shop. We fix smartphones, tablets, laptops, and more—helping customers get back to what matters most. We're a small, tight-knit team, and we're looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and great with people to join our growing repair crew.

Job Summary: We're hiring a Cell Phone Repair Technician . No experience? No problem. If you're good with your hands, a fast learner, and comfortable talking with customers, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair phones, tablets, and other small electronics
• Deliver top-notch customer service, in person and over the phone
• Handle check-ins, updates, and invoicing through our system
• Stay organized and maintain a clean workspace
• Learn and follow CPR's repair processes and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working with small parts and tools
• Willing to learn and be trained on repair techniques
• Prior experience in tech repair is a plus—but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
