K. Jacobs Executive Search is seeking a BIM Manager for a multidisciplinary engineering firm with a strong reputation for quality design and collaboration. This role offers the chance to lead BIM standards and coordination across diverse building projects, while mentoring design staff and shaping how technology supports the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM/Revit standards, templates, and content libraries.

• Support project teams with modeling, documentation, and coordination workflows.

• Lead model-based QA/QC and clash detection reviews.

• Create and manage project-specific BIM Execution Plans.

• Train and mentor design staff in advanced Revit and BIM practices.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy.

• Evaluate and improve design technology workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in design technology, BIM, or Revit-based production.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP.

• Experience with MEP systems and building coordination preferred.

• Knowledge of model setup, documentation standards, and construction processes.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Field or construction experience a plus.
