Phone interviews & strict pre-qualifications
Collecting and submitting complete driver files
Daily follow-ups & pipeline management
Moving drivers from first call to orientation
Hitting weekly production targets
Working both company leads and self-sourced leads
Professional communication with operations & dispatch
