Job Summary:

As a Wound Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients with complex wound needs. Your expertise, compassion, and commitment will help us continue our mission of providing loving excellence in senior care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized wound care plans
• Create and implement wound care protocols to promote healing
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia
• Experience in wound care or related field (0 years required)
• Strong clinical knowledge of wound care principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Commitment to patient satisfaction and customer service
