Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers’ HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)
Reports To:  Director of Global Distribution

Job Summary:

Gymreapers is seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our in-house warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for managing daily warehouse functions including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and team supervision. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced environment, understands the demands of e-commerce and wholesale distribution, and thrives on operational excellence.

You will be a key player in ensuring the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of all outbound and inbound logistics while supporting our customers, athletes, and retail partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Leadership

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
• Lead morning team meetings, communicate daily goals, and monitor team performance.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Organize the warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety.

Team Supervision

• Manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
• Foster a positive team environment rooted in accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, ship times, and productivity.
• Mentor, Develop, and train junior warehouse team .

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Coordinate timely and accurate fulfillment for DTC, Amazon, and Wholesale channels.
• Ensure carrier pickups are organized and shipping materials are well-stocked.
• Resolve order or shipping issues quickly and effectively in collaboration with Customer Experience.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and address maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Proven track record of managing and developing warehouse teams.
• Experience with inventory systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or ERP tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Forklift certification, preferred.
• Strong understanding of fulfillment processes and procedures in the DTC space
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Passion for fitness, strength training, or the Gymreapers brand is a major plus.
