Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage inventory control, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory levels.
• Implement best practices for warehouse management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary info:

$17 - $18 / hr
