Job Description
- Greet guests warmly and present menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after meals
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order preparation
- Provide suggestions and information on menu items
- Upsell food and beverage specials when appropriate
- Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations
- Process bills and handle payments accurately
