Midwest area commercial general contractor is looking for their next Travel LEAD Tilt Wall Superintendent within commercial large-scale Tilt Wall construction and renovations in the area. Qualifications for Travel Tilt Wall Superintendent :
New Construction / large scale renovation projects with focus on Industiral / Tilt Wall work
7+ years experience in tilt wall construction as acting Lead Superintendent
Ability to track subcontractors' progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification
Responsible for quality control and safety of project with demonstratable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
Ability to foster positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, colleagues and clients
Large project experience a plus, $50m+
Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Knowledge of Carpentry or previous experience preferred
Industrial, Concrete, Tilt Wall, Cold Storage and commercial experience is all preferred!
