Job Description DYCD is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Senior Director for Risk Management and Accountability within the division of Audits, Contracts, Evaluation and Sourcing (ACES). Under the direction of the Assistant Commissioner for Risk Management and Accountability the individual will serve as a key strategic partner overseeing the development, implementation and monitoring of risk management frameworks, accountability systems and compliance initiatives. Reporting directly to the Assistant Commissioner for Risk Management and Accountability, this position ensures that agency programs and providers operate with integrity, transparency and efficiency while maintaining full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and performance standards. The Senior Director will provide directions to the teams responsible for programming, internal controls and performance improvement initiatives to strengthen operational integrity across all agency activities.
