Senior Accountant

Role:
As a Senior Accountant you'll be entering a rotational operational finance program that includes  6+ month rotations within Corporate Accounting, Finance, Strategy, Financial Reporting, and/or Tax. This is an MBA or master’s based level program that will give you the opportunity to expand your skill set as well as learn how an organization operates from many different perspectives in order to setup your long term future with the organization.

Rotations:

• Corporate Finance - Work with Director and Finance Manager to understand corporate finance
• Decision Support / Strategy - Work with Corporate Strategy, investor relations, and other decision support individuals
• Treasury - work Director and Treasury manager to understand the revenue of the organization, banking, debt, etc. 
• Tax- Work with Director and Tax Manager to understand corporate tax strategy

Qualification:

• MBA or Master's degree is required
• Bachelor's degree in an accounting, finance, and/or technical engineering discipline
• The ability to work with all levels of employees
• Problem solving, strategic and complex thinking mentality
• CPA or CFA required

Travel:
0-5%
