Job Description

RGP is looking for a SEC Financial Reporting Analyst to support our SEC reporting and general accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in public filings and a strong understanding of financial reporting requirements. **_This requires 3 days onsite in Issaquah, WA._** + Assist in the preparation and review of SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and earnings releases (e. . , Q2 earnings). + Support external audit processes, including coordination and documentation. + Participate in benefit plan audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. + Perform day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks to support departmental operations. + Bachelor's degree inAccounting or Finance. + 2-4 years of relevantexperience, preferably in public company reporting. + SEC reporting experience is **required** . + CPA preferred but notrequired; role does not require highly technical accounting. + Strong attention to detailand ability to manage multiple priorities. + Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.    + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.   + Pay Range: $75-85/hr.
