We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking  full-time, remote Licensed Sales Producers to join our team. This role focuses on  sales and service to both new and existing clients, with opportunities to earn  commission, bonuses, and residuals . Candidates must have a strong sales acumen, be highly organized, reliable, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

This is a flexible, work-from-home position; candidates must meet minimum technology requirements to perform effectively.

Requirements / Responsibilities / Rewards

• Achieve business production goals and objectives.
• Develop insurance quotes, present solutions, and close sales.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with each customer.
• Ask clients for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Share training and knowledge with team members to foster growth.
• Ensure compliance with all underwriting, rating, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Utilize multiple communication channels including calls, texts, and emails to generate leads.

Requirements

• Active  Life & Health Insurance Producer License in good standing (training and licensing assistance available).
• Strong willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and career-driven vision.
• Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to exceed client expectations.
• Ability to work independently in a  quiet, distraction-free environment .
• Team player with strong leadership qualities and work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-based pay with  bonuses and residuals .
