Accident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain a detailed log of incidents and report to management. Safety Training & Awareness: Organize regular safety training sessions and workshops for all employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work safely. Risk Assessment: Evaluate and assess risks associated with various tasks and equipment used in facade and metal fabrication. Recommend control measures to reduce risks. Compliance with Safety Legislation: Ensure that the company adheres to all safety and environmental regulations stipulated by local authorities, industry standards, and corporate policies.
