Cleanology Housekeeping Personnel Service, for almost 25 years one of San Diego’s most trusted residential housekeeping agencies, is seeking a remote working Inbound Sales Representative (Spanish Bilingual) who can provide exceptional service to ensure smooth customer experiences, from first contact through service completion.

**Responsibilities:**

As our Inbound Sales Representative, you will:

* Manage incoming customer calls, online inquiries, and client cleaning referrals.
* Conduct timely follow-up with open or pending sales leads.
* Promptly communicate to understand their expectations and to ensure outstanding service.
* Efficiently schedule residential cleaning job requests.
* Maintain accurate notes in our CRM and scheduling software.
* Communicate and coordinate client needs and scheduling updates with housekeepers.
* Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

**Qualifications**

To Ensure Success, You Must Have:

* **Fluency in Spanish and English.**
* Experience in phone-based sales, appointment booking, and customer service
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Be professional, energetic, and highly organized.
* Be a dependable, even-tempered, and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* Possess solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software.
* Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Consistently meet expectations for productivity, accuracy, and sales conversion goals.
