At  Mynt Dental  , we pride ourselves on providing exceptional dental care in a comfortable and friendly environment. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the best patient experience and we are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice.

In your role as a Dental Hygienist , you'll be pivotal in crafting exceptional hygiene experiences for our patients. Your influence will extend to nurturing our unique workplace culture, showcasing professionalism and positivity across our dynamic team.

Compensation:

• Un-Capped  incentive plan / bonus 
• $3,000 Sign-on Bonus (for those at least 3 days/week)

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the delivery of direct patient care, specializing in all periodontal services within your licensed scope.
• Support the dentist during patient examinations, assisting chairside.
• Strive to deliver a 5-star patient experience, setting a high standard in patient care.
• Actively contribute to fostering a positive, engaging work culture.
• Prepare instruments and materials required for each patient's procedures.
• Ensure patient comfort in the dental chair, preparing them efficiently for treatments.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, emphasizing the importance of oral health.
• Skilled in capturing dental radiographs, intra-oral scans, and photographs.
• Maintain comprehensive treatment records, including charting of existing restorations, periodontal charting, and outlining planned treatments.
• Oversee and manage daily supply levels, ensuring timely restocking as needed.
• Provide detailed post-operative care instructions to patients, aiding in their recovery following periodontal and other dental treatments.
• Adhere strictly to infection control standards, including the sterilization of instruments, equipment, and treatment areas.

Education and Experience:

• Possession of a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Graduation from an accredited program with a Registered Dental Hygiene degree.
• Active licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist within the state.
