Job Description

Job Summary The Receptionist is the first contact to greet guests by phone and in person. The Receptionist will primarily answer calls and greet guests in a timely, pleasant and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed. Responsibilities: * Answer multi-line telephone system; determine caller’s needs and route to the appropriate department. * Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. * Provide an excellent customer service experience. * Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson. * Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Outgoing and positive demeanor. * Team player and ability to collaborate with others effectively. * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. * Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility. * Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
