Job Description
As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and contracting off-market real estate deals. This is a sales-driven role focused on building relationships, analyzing deals, and locking up contracts.
You do not need real estate experience — we will train you.
You do need sales experience, confidence on the phone, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
• Speak with homeowners and real estate agents regarding off-market opportunities
• Analyze deals and determine offer prices using company tools and training
• Negotiate purchase terms and get properties under contract • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and sellers
• Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
• Track conversations, offers, and contracts in our CRM
• Attend property walkthroughs as needed (Las Vegas)
Qualifications:
