POSITION SUMMARY:
Presentation Coordinators are desktop publishing experts responsible for producing high-quality presentations from job intake through final delivery. This role reports to the Service Delivery Manager and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. PCs build strong working relationships with clients and team members while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
Produce and enhance presentations using desktop publishing and reprographics tools.
Operate high-volume printers/copiers and finishing equipment (binding, cutting, punching).
Verify job accuracy, color management, and proofing throughout the production process.
Support administrative teams and management as needed.
Train employees on an as-needed basis.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Perform additional duties related to digital print and reprographics services as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with reprographics and print production equipment.
Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and design software such as Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXPress, and CorelDraw.
Ability to type 55+ words per minute.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs; color vision required.
Positive attitude and ability to perform well in a high-stress environment.
