Key Responsibilities:

* Lead preconstruction efforts , including conceptual and detailed estimating, scheduling, constructability analysis, value management, BIM, and procurement.
* Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project success.
* Maintain subcontractor relationships and stay informed on market trends.
* Play an active role in industry organizations and business development efforts.

Supervisory Role:

* Work alongside Chief Estimator, Regional Managers, and leadership teams to allocate resources effectively.
* Oversee preconstruction team members and coordinate assignments with direct supervisors.
