Plumbing Detailer Downey, CA

Our diverse and skilled mechanical team is currently searching for an innovative and hardworking Plumbing Detailer . Candidate must be efficient with AutoCAD, Revit and have over 10 years experience.

Responsibilities for Plumbing Detailer :

• Coordinate with Foreman on Change-orders and make Plumbing Detail changes.
• Explain design-intent on AutoCAD drawings. 
• Work with teams and independently as well.
• Ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements for Plumbing Detailer :

• Required to know AutoCAD.
• Journeyman level knowledge of plumbing systems preferred.
• Must know AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of specs, submittals, and RFI’s is preferred.
• High School or equivalent.

Preferred: 

• Journeyman level knowledge of plumbing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Plumbing Code is preferred.
• Stable work history.
• Local to the Los Angeles Area.
