Optometrist

The Position:
They are seeking a skilled Optometrist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider looking for a competitive salary, strong earning potential, and a supportive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $150,000 base salary
• Total earning potential of $190,000 – $200,000 with productivity
• Full health, vision, and dental benefits
• 401(k) with 3% match
• Paid time off and holidays
• Malpractice coverage provided

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Florida optometry license
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions
• Prescribe corrective lenses, medications, and other treatments as appropriate
• Educate patients on eye health and preventive care
• Collaborate with staff to ensure excellent patient experiences
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Participate in community outreach and patient education initiatives
