Job Description

We are looking to hire a Network Engineer Level 1 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area.

TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
• Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands‑on administration and troubleshooting
• Monitor and optimize data flow to reduce latency and boost throughput
• Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
• Configure and integrate front‑end and back‑end systems for seamless communication
• Collaborate on mission‑driven network designs and architecture
• Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements

Requirements

An active and current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required to be considered. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.

• Experience in classified or mission‑critical environments
• Familiarity with enterprise‑scale architecture and secure communications
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure
• Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
• A passion for making networks faster, smarter, and more secure
  Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or no degree and 10+ years of hands‑on Network Engineering experience

• Solid grasp of secure network design, configuration, and maintenance
• Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis
• Ability to optimize complex systems for speed and reliability
• IAT Level I certification (DoD 8570.01‑M compliant)
