Superintendent | Multifamily Construction

Location: San Diego, CA

One of the nation’s most respected multifamily builders is expanding in Southern California and seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on a high-density, ground-up residential development in San Diego.

The Project

• Market-rate multifamily development
• Ground-up, high-density podium-style construction
• Local project—no travel required

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to turnover
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to meet project milestones
• Enforce safety, quality, and schedule standards in accordance with company and project requirements
• Manage daily reports, schedules, and progress updates for the project team
• Resolve field conflicts quickly and effectively to maintain workflow and budget alignment
• Conduct site walks and inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent role for multifamily or large-scale residential construction
• Proven track record of delivering ground-up podium or high-density projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration
