Graduate from a Medical Assistant diploma or associate degree program or hold an active Medical Assistant certification (CMA), or registration (RMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification. **License or Certification:** Maintains BLS (Basic Life Support) for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs:​ 1. American Heart Association 2.
