Pay: $70,000.00-$125,000.00 per year Benefits * Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance * Basic Life Insurance * 401(k) Savings Plan * Opportunities for Advancement * Work Life Balance * Virtual Academy * Skill Development Plan Responsibilities * Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and similar problems on machinery/equipment and perform timely repairs * Establish appropriate frequency and perform regular preventive maintenance activities on a limited amount of equipment in the facility * Perform timely facility/building maintenance and minor repairs, and maintain a clean and safe work area * Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired equipment * Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs * Coordinate and make recommendations on work-related contracts and services * Supervise outside contractors when needed for mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance * Participate in, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and lean initiatives and requirements Qualifications * Must have mechanical and technical aptitude * 1-3 years experience in an industrial, maintenance environment * College degree or certificate in a technical area or related field * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings * Experience using basic measurement instruments such as tape measure, scales, and gauges * Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 40 lbs * Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems * Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry * Must obtain and maintain current certification to operate material handling equipment such as, forklift, side-loader, 4-directional lift, or cherry picker We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
