**Job Summary:**
As a Handyman at Ramada by Wyndham Draper, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential or commercial settings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in general repairs and maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot various issues. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive high-quality service and that their properties remain in excellent condition.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall work as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document work completed and provide regular updates to management as necessary.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Capable of standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
