Duration: 12 months
Mandatory Qualifications:
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a production environment
• Ability to set up and run CNC lathes and mills
• Basic computer skills (work instructions, timekeeping)
• Experience adjusting feeds, speeds, and depth of cuts
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Skilled in inspecting parts using gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe workstation
Preferred Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of machining experience on lathes and mills
• Lean manufacturing knowledge; ability to suggest improvements
• Experience maintaining equipment for accuracy and reliability
• Strong team collaboration and problem-solving experience
Job Duties:
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Perform de-burring and inspection of machined parts using standard tools
• Monitor quality and ensure adherence to specifications
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation
