You will partner closely with hiring leaders and own our most critical searches across a variety of business functions. Jerry.ai is building the first super app to help people save time and money on their car — one of their most expensive assets and a $2T market in the U.S. We are leveraging technology and machine learning to help people optimize every aspect of owning a car including buy/sell, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance/repairs, and more. Since we launched our app in 2019, we have amassed over 5M customers, raised $240M in funding, scaled our revenue 60X and our team to 225 across 7 countries.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Own full cycle recruiting for junior-to-mid level searches across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, business operations, design & research, organic & paid growth, legal, people operations, finance, etc
• Work closely with our hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs
• Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality

• You appreciate the complexity and nuance involved in delivering a truly stellar recruiting experience, and you are passionate about continuing to perfect your craft

Ideal Profile

• 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Prior recruiting experience at fast-growth startups is strongly preferred
• Track record of being successful in a high velocity, output-driven and demanding environment
• Bachelor’s Degree

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.

Equity opportunities may also be part of your total rewards package. Part-time, contract, or freelance roles may not be eligible for certain benefits.
