Role Overview
As a Job Captain at VMWP, you will be at the helm of a dynamic production team, steering projects from the embryonic stages of design through to the meticulous crafting of construction documentation. Your role will be pivotal, working in concert with project architects and a diverse consultant team to deliver holistic design and construction packages. Your toolkit will encompass proficiency in graphic design software like SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, complemented by a robust command of Revit and CAD/BIM production systems. At the heart of your role will be an unwavering commitment to design excellence and environmental stewardship.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will be an architectural virtuoso with a degree in architecture and 5 to 7 years of professional experience. A trajectory towards licensure will be highly regarded. We believe in merit-based hiring and will evaluate salary based on your qualifications and experience. Skills and Experience
While your core expertise will be in architecture, experience in big-scale projects such as malls, civic, and commercial developments will enrich your contribution to our team. Skills in 3D visualization, architecture drafting, and interior design, as well as proficiency in 3DS Max and ArchiCAD, will provide you with a competitive edge.
