Job Title: Hot Side Technician / Refrigeration Technician / Electrician

Overview:

We are seeking skilled technicians for 3 open positions. We are in need of a Hot Side Technician, a Refrigeration Technician and an Electrician to join our HVAC team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their prospective field. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of equipment in residential and commercial settings, providing exceptional service to our clients while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install systems ensuring all equipment is set up according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, including cleaning, inspection, and replacement of parts, to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, providing timely and effective repairs to restore functionality.
• Customer Service: Communicate with clients to explain services, educate them on system operations, and provide recommendations for maintenance and upgrades.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working with gas lines, electrical systems, and high-temperature equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions, ensuring thorough documentation for future reference.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC technical program is preferred.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants is required for refrigeration techs.
• Strong knowledge of systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
