Healthcare Call Center Representative
The Healthcare Call Center Representative assists healthcare providers—including doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies—with prescription approvals for insured patients. The role starts with processing inbound faxes to verify prescription information and progresses to handling provider inquiries via phone in a call center environment.
