Overview As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity by creating designs that captivate and connect with our target audience. Collaborating with the marketing, product development, and sales teams, you will transform our brand vision into impactful visuals across various mediums.
Qualifications: - At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a branding agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and experience with branding projects.
- Deep understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who can bring artistry, innovation, and precision to every project, contributing to a brand that stands out in the branding world.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain design consistency and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Create visually engaging content that reflects current design trends and appeals to our target audience.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, design tools, and best practices to enhance skills and bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to execution, while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs effectively.
- Contribute to packaging design and other brand collateral that enhances our market presence and connects with consumers.
This role requires a creative mind, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt and innovate in a dynamic industry. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling and crafting designs that inspire, we’d love to hear from you.
