Job Description
Each manager in this area ensures the cleanliness of the entire galley by providing guidance and training to all stewarding staff, and performing all necessary inspections to maintain the assigned areas to the highest standards of hygiene as per U.S.P.H. regulations. A minimum of one year of kitchen stewarding experience required for this role, along with great management and communication skills.
This is an exciting role for those interested in working on a cruise ship.
