The Role: Are you interested in a hands-on finance/ accounting internship with an industry leading Agriculture Company? Join the Tanimura and Antle finance team as a summer intern and grow your career. You will gain valuable hands-on work experience rotating through several areas of our financial functions such as: controllership, operations, farming and diversified businesses. You will experience working with a high functioning team that values people, team work, collaboration, partnering, technical ability and fun. You will be paired with a mentor in Finance to help ensure your experience is valuable and productive. You can expect a range of experiences including operational tours, networking opportunities and exposure to senior leaders across our Company.

This full time paid position located onsite in Salinas, CA will start in May/June 2026. Starting and ending dates flexible to accommodate your school calendar.

Location(s): Salinas, CA

Areas of Responsibility :

• Work on special finance and accounting projects.
• Analyze data and the general ledger to support and drive business decisions.
• Assist with audit support related to master file, equipment, fixed asset, and material audits.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations, including researching and resolving discrepancies.
• Provide testing support for system upgrades.
• Enhance Excel models and reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in college, pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related degree.
• Mid-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• A self-starter who can plan and follow through on tasks to completion.
