Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Detailer. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, to meet company standards
Inspect vehicles for any damage or areas requiring additional attention
Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure a high-quality finish
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the detailing bay and equipment storage areas
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines
Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality work
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
