Location: Remote (supporting MT, CT, and ET time zones)

Overview

A confidential Microsoft partner is seeking a Lead Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to oversee the technical delivery of major Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement projects. This individual will act as a senior leader across technical teams, drive consistency in delivery processes, oversee architecture and integration decisions, and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who has deep D365 F&O experience, strong Azure/DevOps knowledge, a background supporting PS/ISV environments, and the ability to lead multiple simultaneous projects while ensuring high-quality technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live.

Learn and understand customer business processes, challenges, and objectives to architect scalable, maintainable, and cost-efficient solutions.
*

Design high-level and detailed system architecture, including integrations, customizations, and data migration strategies.
*

Develop and guide custom integrations and solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O and CE.
*

Facilitate data-centric discussions during project discovery and translate findings into system diagrams, user flows, and prototypes.
*

Collaborate with Product Development and internal delivery leadership to refine best practices and maintain alignment with evolving Microsoft technologies.
*

Present tailored solution demonstrations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
*

Ensure technical delivery consistency across TDMs, offshore teams, and cross-functional groups.
*

Drive multi-team collaboration across internal stakeholders, client teams, and offshore development resources.

Required Experience & Must-Have Skills

Candidates must have the following:

*

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (core requirement)
*

Azure + Azure DevOps (ADO)
*

Microsoft stack proficiency
*

ISV or Professional Services (PS) delivery experience
*

Ability to support clients in MT, CT, and ET time zones

Qualifications

Required:

*

5+ years designing and delivering D365 solutions, integrations, and technical architecture
*

Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills
*

Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues
*

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Preferred:

*

Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, APIM, Application Insights
*

SSIS, TypeScript, JavaScript frameworks, Portal development
*

ADO Pipelines, RSAT, ETL/Data migration experience
*

Experience defining and improving technical documentation and delivery standards
*

Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or related field
*

PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, CPO) are a plus
