We are currently hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support our client.

**APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES**

No previous experience is needed — we provide full training.

We are seeking Independent Contractors who can work from home while delivering excellent customer service.

We partner with global brands to help them provide a seamless customer experience, strengthen customer loyalty, and grow their business.

**What You'll Do:**

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints
* Provide information about the products and services
* Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
* Document and update customer records based on interactions
* Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company's products and services

**What You'll Need:**

* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Have a quiet place to work without noise or distractions

**Technical Requirements:**

* Be a United States resident
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Pass Background Check
* Pass Drug Screening
* Desktop/Laptop with Windows 10 or higher
* USB Noise Canceling Headset
* Hardwired to Internet
* Smartphone
