Position Summary

The Creative Director leads the company’s creative vision and execution across all brand touchpoints, elevating the aesthetic, editorial, and conceptual standards of the brand to a world-class level. This role is responsible for shaping a cohesive and aspirational visual identity inspired by global fashion and beauty references such as Vogue, ELLE, and Harper’s Bazaar, while ensuring relevance and resonance across Latin American markets.

 

The Creative Director will add strategic value by strengthening brand equity, driving creative excellence across campaigns, and transferring creative know-how to internal teams. This leader must combine strong editorial sensibility with business acumen, applying high-end creative thinking to a direct selling, catalog, and digital context to support commercial objectives.

 

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of global trends, editorial storytelling, and the Latin American cultural landscape.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Define, evolve, and safeguard the brand’s creative vision, ensuring consistency and excellence across all campaigns, platforms, and markets.
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of editorial-driven campaigns, photoshoots, and content aligned with global fashion and beauty standards.
  • Elevate the brand’s eye for beauty through refined art direction, visual storytelling, composition, styling, lighting, and aesthetic narrative.
  • Ensure creative executions reinforce brand equity while supporting commercial and business objectives in direct selling and catalog environments.
  • Oversee the development and evolution of visual identities, creative systems, and brand guidelines.
  • work with multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, and Business teams to align creative strategy with growth initiatives and market priorities.
  • Select, brief, and manage top-tier international creative partners such as photographers, art directors, stylists, models, and production houses.
  • Ensure high production standards, efficient workflows, and on-time delivery of creative assets across regions.
  • Transfer creative knowledge, methodologies, and best practices to internal teams to establish scalable, world-class creative standards.
  • Stay ahead of global fashion, beauty, and editorial trends, translating them into relevant and culturally attuned executions for LATAM markets.
  • Travel regularly across Latin America, including at least one week per month in Peru and other key markets, to support creative execution and team alignment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, representing the company’s creative vision at a senior leadership level.
  • Ensure that all the training and coaching curriculum content is reflective and aligned with ongoing and programs, incentives, events and recognition.
  • Support teams by attending/holding meetings, delivering training sessions and providing one-on-one coaching, to drive leadership development at all levels

 

 

 

 

Required Skills and Abilities

 

  • 10+ years of experience in creative roles within fashion, beauty, or editorial environments, with significant leadership experience as a Creative Director or Senior Art Director.
  • Proven background in fashion or beauty magazines with global reach, high-end brands, or top-tier creative agencies with strong print and editorial expertise.
  • Exceptional  eye for beauty and contemporary aesthetic sensitivity.
  • Mastery of art direction, visual storytelling, lighting, and editorial composition.
  • Deep knowledge of global trends in fashion, beauty, and editorial design.
  • Strong ability to define, document, and evolve visual systems and brand identities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to guide creative exploration from idea to execution.
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with business realities and commercial objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, inspire, and generate results through others.
  • Cultural sensitivity and deep understanding of the Latin American market context; prior experience living or working in LATAM is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Fashion, Visual Communication, or a related field; graduates from top creative institutions (Parsons, SVA, NYU, FIT, Royal Academy of Arts, SCAD, IFM) strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across LATAM markets.
