Shift: Day Shift – 5x8 Hours (07:30 AM – 05:00 PM)

Location: Marryville, Tennessee
We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support an adult outpatient clinic with a focus on cardiology, general medicine, and internal medicine . The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and administrative skills and prior experience working in a private physician office or outpatient facility .
This role requires proficiency with EPIC EMR and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRoom and prepare patients for provider visits
Obtain and document vital signs and patient histories
Assist providers during examinations and procedures
Perform clinical tasks within CMA scope of practice
Manage patient flow in an outpatient setting
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR
Support daily clinic operations and patient care coordination
Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
BLS certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
At least 1 year of adult outpatient clinic experience
Prior experience in a private physician office setting
Background in general medicine and internal medicine (required)
