BMS PROGRAMMER - URGENT NEED!!

Experience:

• Familiarity with LonWorks, BACnet, and or Modbus open communications protocols.
• Niagara AX or N4 Framework Experience (Certified Preferred)
• A strong background with Windows OS
• 2+ Years’ experience in the HVAC controls industry 

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret and implement mechanical and control drawings and project documents

• Program microprocessors for initial commissioning, tune of control loops and calibration of sensors

• Commission operation of mechanical system equipment and sensors via the control system

• Identify deficiencies with points, equipment, and systems
• Set up and install communication devices for remote operations: PC’s, routers, switches, repeaters, VPN, etc.

• Coordinate with customer IT departments for data base connectivity, remote access, & other IT infrastructure needs

• Ensure all as-built and record drawings, sketches, and wiring changes are returned for updating

• Instruct customer or end-user on system operation
• Promote, maintain, and enhance new and existing customer relationships

• Participate in education and training programs in electronic controls and energy conservation Programming

• Assist TAB, Commissioning and Service Technicians in verification of their system testing when required

• Setup, program, and configure GUI/ host workstations
• Panel fabrication, wire termination and wire installation as needed
