Mid-Level Tech Corporate Associate – AmLaw 100 Powerhouse
Location: New York, Santa Monica, Los Angeles, or Boston
Seniority Level: Mid-Level Associate (3–5 years)

Our AmLaw 100 client is on the hunt for a standout associate to join its powerhouse Technology Companies practice. If you thrive on fast-paced deal work and advising startups through their full lifecycle, from garage to IPO, this is where you want to be.
This isn’t just another seat at the table. You’ll take the lead on venture financings, help guide clients through M&A exits, and support both private and public offerings. You’ll work directly with founders, VCs, and leading tech innovators while teaming up with colleagues who are top in the field.
What You’ll Need:
3 to 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on tech-side representations
Substantial experience running key deal components — you won’t be buried in the back office
Experience in venture financings, M&A, and capital markets
BigLaw training with strong academic credentials
Admission to a U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain promptly)
