Job Description

Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience working with a condo association and will be skilled in balancing property operations, resident relations, and financial support.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily property operations and administration
  • Serve as a key point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Support leasing activities, including processing applications, renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, resident payments, and account reconciliation
  • Assist with vendor management and service coordination
  • Support compliance with condo association rules, regulations, and reporting requirements
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working for a condo association is required
  • Property management experience required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with property management software and MS Office Suite
