Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC. This entry-level position supports the planning, tracking, and execution of various client and internal projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities * Organize project documents, reports, and internal communication * Track deadlines, deliverables, and task progress * Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes * Help manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule * Communicate with internal teams to gather information and follow up Minimum requirements: Qualifications: * High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities * Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Benefits: * Competitive pay ($21.50 – $28.00 per hour) * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for advancement and professional growth * Supportive and collaborative team environment
