Job Title: Architectural Project CoordinatorJob Description Join our dynamic forensic architecture team to support investigations and restoration projects. This role focuses on Revit-based modeling, structural detailing, and framing plans, often working with existing floor plans. Responsibilities + Coordinate forensic projects from site visit to final documentation. + Assist with inspections, evidence collection, and damage assessments. + Prepare drawings and reports using Revit and Bluebeam. + Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients. Essential Skills + Degree in Architecture or a related field. + 2-5 years of experience; forensic or restoration work is a plus. + Strong Revit skills; experience with Bluebeam and structural detailing is preferred. + Comfortable with site visits involving soot, odors, and sensitive conditions (PPE provided or reimbursed). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with point cloud scanning (BLK, NavVis MLX) - training available. + Knowledge of Struck Calc and restoration processes. + Client interfacing personality. + Knowledge of building codes. Work Environment The position offers a 50/50 split between on-site and in-office work. You will be working in a close-knit team of 6 to 7 members in a recently expanded office. The work schedule includes four-day weeks with a nine-hour schedule and half-day Fridays, with flexibility for work-from-home on Fridays if needed. Hours worked can count toward architectural licensure requirements. PPE is provided or reimbursed for site visits, and mileage is reimbursed as well. Additional perks include a Costco Membership. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Herndon, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/hr.
