Cyber Mesa Computer Systems Incorporated is seeking a reliable Hybrid Administrative Assistant to support daily office and business operations. This role offers remote flexibility with on-site administrative support in a technology-focused environment.
Provide administrative support to management and technical teams
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records
Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally
Perform data entry, invoicing, and general administrative tasks
Assist with customer communication and internal coordination
1+ year of administrative or office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with technology and digital tools
Ability to work independently and on-site as required
