Accounts Payable Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced accounting environment. Reports to Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Process weekly check runs and manage electronic payments, including wire and ACH transactions.
• Enter invoices, payments, and maintenance purchase orders into the ERP system.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve vendor inquiries or discrepancies promptly.
• Reconcile credit card and Amazon accounts monthly.
• Prepare administrative and sales expense reports for processing.
• Assist in preparing cash management reports and month-end account analyses.
• Support internal and external audits and prepare annual 1099 filings.
• Manage petty cash, filing, and documentation storage.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
